Melbourne Legacy is a charity providing service to the families of Australian Defence Force veterans who have lost their life or health in service to our country. Currently caring for around 43,000 widows, children and families nationally.

Salesforce was implemented to replace Melbourne Legacy’s inherent software system that was designed to manage only the day-to-day interactions between case managers and Widows.
