Melbourne Legacy is a charity providing service to the families of Australian Defence Force veterans who have lost their life or health in service to our country. Currently caring for around 43,000 widows, children and families nationally.
Salesforce was implemented to replace Melbourne Legacy’s inherent software system that was designed to manage only the day-to-day interactions between case managers and Widows. After the Salesforce implementation in 2018 Melbourne Legacy now has 80% of the staff logging in daily. Utilising the CRM for:

Recently Stratiform implemented Experience Cloud allowing Melbourne Legacy to grant access to a secured section of their CRM to trusted partners. This gives smooth handling of the client and the partner knowing everyone is utilising the same data in real-time. 123 Form Builder was chosen as the form-building solution that allows for the collection of information to and from the client, staff and partner.
